b) Net banking
c) Cash on Delivery (available only within Coimbatore)
There is no additional charge for COD (Cash on Delivery). While ordering please enter your PIN Code to make sure that this option is available in your area.
During the process of placing order, we allow our customers to choose appropriate time for delivery.
Yes, any authorized person assigned by the customer can collect the parcel. We would like our customers to receive the product personally to ensure safe delivery and V Trends recommends recording of unpacking for future use to avail replacement in case you have received a defective product or product other than your choice.
All our products are packed after quality check. If in case customers want to return the product, please submit a request via mail with a valid reason and video of the unpacking the parcel. Returns must be booked on the same after the receipt of the product. Our delivery partner will pick up the product from the pick-up point and deliver to us. The customers can ask only for a replacement.
