Refund Policy
V Trends has a structured Refund Policy. The refund policy requires users to follow the guidelines. We request a read through of the refund policy to understand before processing the request for refund.
Cancellation and Refund will be done in case of
i) Quality issues identified by the user contradictory to the product mentioned in the order and the product delivered. We require the customer to call us or mail us within 10 days from the date of delivery.
ii)We recommend a video of unpacking the delivered product to confirm safe delivery of the product and receipt of the right product. VTrend will consider refund in lieu of product purchase in case a) the product is defective b) incorrect product c) incorrect size d) incorrect price.
iii)If wrong item has been delivered, the user can inform the customer care professional with theunpacking video via mail after the call with the order link and delivery receipt. Users can approach the customer care to clarify any mispricing in online catalogue.V Trend will take initiative to respond to all queries of users, addressed case by case and resolve it within a stipulated time and information in respect to action for each enquiry reach the user inbox within a day after the submission of the query or grievances if any.
iv)While requesting for refund draft a mail addressed to vtrends66@gmail.com order number and purchase tags are mandatory and a confirmation that product is unused, unwashed, undamaged and it should be in a saleable condition.
v) In a circumstance where you are not happy with your buy, we will give a full discount. If there should arise an amount of a discount, reach us with the details of your buy purchase within 3 days. Send us a request mail incorporating your number and if it’s not too much trouble, add an image of notice that authenticates your discount as well. We like our users to give us input, as it helps us in working on our items and nature of administration. Whenever you have finished this interaction, the discount will be handled within 7 working days.
vi) The discount will be shipped off via Gpay, debit, credit card, online banking transfer that had been utilized at the time of placing order. If an order request had been done utilizing Cash on Delivery (COD), the discount will be started utilizing internet banking. It will take 7 – 10 business days to process the refund once it is initiated from outside. Shipping charges will not be refunded if the payment is made via credit card / debit card / net banking / razor pay etc. For cash on delivery, customer will receive the refund only in the form of e-voucher or credit coupon. NO CASH REFUND.
