VTrends ensures to process every order with utmost care to get the product delivered safe to the customer. The packing and dispatch points of the product are subject to thorough check before shipping. Orders within India are delivered through our delivery partner.

a) Our orders take 2 business days to ship from the warehouse and we notify our customer by sending a tracking link once the product is picked up from the dispatch point.

b) Shipping charges are Rs.99 for all domestic orders upto Rs.1499 in India. If the order value is above Rs. 1499 shipping is free.

c) In case of return of product, customers must call the customer care to arrange for return pick up. Return of product can be done via website using ‘your account’ under ‘your orders’. Acceptance of return and approval of refund will be notified via mail to the customer within 5 business days.

d) On approval of refund request a reverse pick-up will be arranged to pick up the delivered product within 3 – 4 business days from the date of request.

e) In case of exchanges, new order will be dispatched with 3-5 business days after we receive earlier shipment.

f) If the same customers return more than 3 times, company has the right to reject the return request as the shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse. All refund requests will receive a response via mail mentioning due course of action after it is subject to audit by our quality control.

g) Shipping charges are non-refundable.
